Policy:
Our
products and services are in no way intended to replace proper medical
care when needed. We do not,
and can not, make any claims regarding the use and effectiveness of our
products or any herbs. We do guarantee that they are completely natural,
unadulterated, concentrated herbal products.
We use only the highest quality herbs to make our medicinal
products.
Since
all people vary greatly in their degree of health, levels of toxicity, and
absorption rates, we cannot guarantee or prove any effect.
If for any reason you believe that the product you received has
been an error on our part, please contact our returns department and see
below for our policy.
Return
Policy:
We
do not take returns on any open bottles or packages, unless it was clearly
an error on our part. Please
call 802-234-5947
for return authorization. Products
will not be accepted for return or refund without this prior approval.
All items returned for credit or refund must be in good, resaleable
condition, with safety seals intact.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for any items returned unopened. Since herbal medicine tends to be bitter in nature, we suggest you
place the extract in juice or tea, or add juice to any medicinal tea to
improve flavor if necessary. Thank
you.
Shipping
Policy:
We
ship UPS Ground service, unless otherwise requested. We ship within 24
business
Hours. You will be contacted
if there will be any delay.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select,

We use postal service for most overseas orders to keep costs down
unless requested otherwise. Postal
orders are not guaranteed and can not be tracked.
C.O.D. orders will be charged an extra $6.00 for processing.
If
a bottle is damaged in shipping, please contact UPS immediately, or call
us directly.

accept only VISA, MC, and American Express for quick processing.
Orders will not be shipped unless payment has been received or
